Access to Offices & Shops

Anyone not having a key / access badge to your suite, office or shop will not be admitted by Property Management personnel. This includes your employees. Security Officers are instructed to verify identity and receive authorization from Tenant Representatives before providing access to individuals without an access badge or key. Therefore, tenants must provide Property Management with a list of names and home phone numbers of at least three individuals who may be called to authorize admittance of an employee to the premises without an access badge or suite key. These individuals will also be contacted in the event of an emergency.

A list of each Tenant’s Key / Access Badge is maintained by Property Management with the appropriate telephone numbers is essential so that they can be reached in the event of an emergency.
