Introduction

Park Center is a nearly 17-acre, Class A building complex with Phase I having convenient street-level and platform-level directly into building access to the Dunwoody MARTA station. Park Center Phase I includes 585,000-square feet of State Farm office space and approximately 17,000-square feet of retail and restaurants.
